Requirements and Procedures
Classes are on a first come, first serve basis, so it is in a student’s
best interest to apply early in order to assure that the specific
classes are available!
Prior to enrolling in National Institute of Technology, students
must:
• Complete a personal interview with an admissions
representative
• Complete and submit the Qualification Questionnaire OR Application
Form
• Administration and evaluation of entrance test
• Completed Enrollment Agreement (signed by parent or guardian
if applicant under 18 years of age)
• Financial Aid Forms completed (if applicant wishes to apply for
financial aid)
• Payment of registration fee
• Proof of high school diploma or GED, or signed attestation that
they have high school diploma or GED
• Achieved minimum Wonderlic Scholastic Level Exam scores within
the last year prior to starting classes
• Complete a Health Notice (for students in the Medical Assisting
Program)
The school reserves the right to reject students if the items
listed above are not successfully completed. Students who request
credit for previous education and training from another school
should provide National Institute of Technology with an official
transcript which will be evaluated. Students may also request
to attempt
to test out of specific modules/quarters for which
they have experience.
